3. Precedence of Scheme Rules
The Portal is a summary tool only. Your legal entitlements are governed strictly by the formal Trust Deed and Rules of the Vaillant Group Pension Scheme, as amended from time to time. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between the information displayed on or downloaded from this Portal and the formal Trust Deed and Rules, the Trust Deed and Rules will always prevail.
4. Account Security and Your Responsibilities
To access the Portal, you must register and set up security credentials (such as a username, password, or PIN). You are solely responsible for:

All intellectual property rights in the Portal, including its design, layout, tools, software, and content (excluding your personal data), are owned by us or our licensors.
